Triggers - after user clicks on chat icon?

Hi,

Is there a way for a trigger to be fired after user clicks on chat icon and not when the page loads? On mobile devices it fills whole screen. Or is there a way to make text smaller on mobile?

And also when I want the trigger to launch at specific hours of the day, it says: “Hour of day (Visitor’s timezone), 0 to 23”, but I don’t care about their time zone, I want to set it according to my time zone. Is there a way to change it?
