Unable to access direct chat

Thanks for reaching out to us. After checking, the direct chat link is working properly, and the chat widget is visible on my end. To confirm, do you have access to the property where the widget is connected? If yes, could you please check the ban list to ensure your IP address is not included?

The property and widget is correct. Where can I find the IP ban configuration in the dashboard?

The Ban List can be found by going to Administration section of the dashboard. Please see the image to guide you.

I don’t have any IP blocks set up on it. But i am unable to access the direct chat link when I have connect VPN. My VPN only has an IPv4 address and no IPv6 address. Does the lack of an IPv6 address prevent me from accessing the direct chat link ?

Did you try accessing the direct chat link or checking the chat widget without using a VPN?
