It would be nice to be able to download a document that was once uploaded.
For example, my managers uploaded 10 documents. There is an error in one of them. And it would be convenient to be able to download these documents, edit them and upload them.

This is something I am encountering myself when troubleshooting different AI setups. Not having access to uploaded documents is a bit annoying.
