Is possible to add a feature, for possibility filtering user satisfaction by department instead of by agents?

also there should be a little survey at the end of the conversation. because hardly any user clicks on the thumbs up icon

Currently, it is not possible to filter user satisfaction by department, but expanding the list of reporting options is on the list and your feedback will be taken into consideration.
