Using widget per language in WordPress and using right knowledge base

I followed guidance here:

Help Center | tawk.to | Change the widget based on the visitor’s language

So on my website when I choose English or Italian I see the right widget.

In the dashboard I have each widget set p to use the correct knowledge base.

But when using the search I find that it still lists English results event though the italian form (which is visible) is set to use the italian knowledge base.

Hi, the problem is that in my website I read a cookie to get the language. This is when when the page displays. But if you then use the language drop list to change language, it doesn’t recreate the task.to widget. So I have to do a refresh to reread the cookie.

I expect a tweak to my language selector is needed to fix it.
