I have enabled AI assist and chatting with the assistant, but its chats never appear in the inbox. We’d like to be able to review them to see how well the AI is doing.
Is it possible? Is it hidden on some other page?

All forms of messages -chat, ticket, offline message and other messaging integration are found in the dashboard’s Inbox section, as well as the one responded by the AI. If no messages appear, it may be that you are viewing your Profile’s Inbox which generally does not have messages.

Thank you, figured it out. Ending a session doesn’t make it appear in history until after some time and you need to fully close all tabs with the widget.
