"We typically reply in a few minutes" Not Translated/Translatable

Despite choosing Portuguese (Brazilian), there are phrases that are being shown in the wrong language, and no option to translate them. The translation would be “Responderemos dentro de alguns minutos” or “Normalmente respondemos em minutos”.

I already reported it two weeks ago, and supposedly they say they’re going to look into it, but honestly, I think they’re going to take a while—probably because they have other priorities. Offering a product in multiple languages, even if incomplete, is probably ‘good enough’ for them. For example, for years people have been asking for system ticket emails to be sent in the customized language, and they still haven’t fixed it.

Some parts of the widget area are not automatically translated as it has to be manually done through custom text, such as the Widget Content.

You may try to update the said text in Admin>Channels>Chat Widget>Widget Content “Edit Content”.

Locate the “Chat” card below, and edit its card, to where the
New Conversation text can then be customized according to your preferred language.



If you have other concerns, feel free to send us a message in the chat.

as you can see the top bar says “Messages” can’t be changed , also “Start a new chat”

and “the we typically reply in a few minutes”

and “Recent” and “No recent conversations”

There is no option to translate those.

I already deployed the fix for this issue, it should reflect in your widget.
You may need to clear your cache if its not automatically reflected.
