Website chat does not go on offline anymore

Hi,

My website chat does not move from the online option anymore.
Not when i am away or put it on invisible. It keeps saying on the website that i am online.
I tried everything in the options. Anybody having the same problems?

I restarted my computer and it looks like its working for now.
So i will just have to check it for a while every morning.

Thanks, I found that solution and it worked for a second.
But now i am starting of for the day. The account is on AWAY.
And the [[Widget offline when all agents offline] is not on.
But the widget is completly gone.

When i turn [[Widget offline when all agents offline] on.
The widget does not pup op saying people are away.

I just want the widget up there on away, and ive i am able to respond I can.
But i am not glued to my computer all the time. I can not react in minutes ive the widget is online when im working.

When i turn it to online now, it still does not show up.
So I think i messed something up in the settings while looking for a solution.

It does work on my phone so maybe its a cookie thing on my computer.

@sparklinmoon It sounds like a cookie issue since these settings do not affect the visibility of the widget on your site; only the status.

Are you using the tawk.to mobile app to respond to chats on the go?

Hi,

Yes, i think its a cookie thing. Today it worked after starting up the computer again.
So its working for now.

I dont need it on my phone also, when poeple know your on that chat available.
They keep asking the most stupid things and will never get anything done.
The function on away is best for me. And i dont have to worry leaving it on online when i go home.
