What’s the scenario?!

I see a new feature just popped up, called scenarios. As there are so many different data sources for AI assist I am curious as to how this will help with our workflow.

Will this help when it comes to specific items that are now part of a Shortcuts and they can be moved here?

You guys do a great job. Looking forward to this new feature, and hopefully there will be a help file with more info soon.

Scenarios allow you to create customized workflows for your AI Agent based on the questions and requests submitted by visitors. When a visitor’s message matches one of your configured trigger phrases, the AI Agent will follow the specific instructions, conditions, and actions you have defined for that scenario.
