WhatsApp integration requires a Facebook account to login?
I do not have a Facebook account … is there no other way to use the WhatsApp integration?

Yes, the WhatsApp integration currently requires you to sign in with a Facebook account because it uses the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. This authentication is required by Meta as part of the setup process.
At the moment, there isn’t an alternative method to connect WhatsApp to tawk.to without using a Facebook account.
If you don’t already have one, you can create a Facebook account solely for managing your WhatsApp Business integration—it doesn’t need to be used as a personal social media account.
