When user end the chat, admin email notification coming very late (approx 20 min)

Hi,

I have one concern, whenever user end the chat, admin email notification coming very late (approx 20 min), we need the email notification instant like in 10 - 20 sec. how can i fix this issue.

Thank you for your report.
There is currently some work being done by our developers to improve the efficiency of mail notifications and delivery speeds should normalize moving on.

Let us know if you have any other feedback or suggestions.

I am still experiencing this issue. All email notifications are taking a lot of time to get delivered.
