When will the ticket system will be fixed?

Emails reply from dashboard takes days to arrive to client mailbox and make us look bad , as if we don’t care. And take days to answer

The ticket system still doesn’t work; emails are not reaching customers. Sometimes they can take minutes to arrive, but most of the time, it takes days. We can’t change the language either. In short, what’s the purpose of having a ticket system if it doesn’t work and isn’t reliable, like the CEO’s blog post “My wife ate a Fish Hook”? Having a ticket system that doesn’t function makes us look like a company that doesn’t strive to provide the best service to its customers since their responses can take days to arrive.

We are aware of some delivery inconsistencies for ticket mail forwarding and our postmaster is working on optimizations for it.

Sometimes recipient addresses might receive an automatic suppression that needs to be manually removed. For individual requests I can help check the email logs to see if there is anything wrong for specific inboxes.
