Can’t see it anywhere on the dashboard
also I don’t see the difference between ticket form and lead capture form apart from asking Phone number.

Right now, your leads will be stored in the “Lead Capture” section in Reporting.
If a ticket form is submitted, the customer will get a copy of the ticket in their inbox. When a lead is submitted, you can choose how you’d like to contact them.
