Widget not visible anymore on wordpress

Hi there. I looked other posts but i haven’t found a solution.
After creating the knowledge base on the tawk.to website, the chat widget disappeared from my wordpress site.

I tried removing the JS on the header.php file and using it via plugin but still, not visible. Enabled third party cookies. No error in console.

Have you tried purging your website’s cache? May I also ask for your website URL, please?
