Lately, I’ve noticed that my chat widget sometimes takes longer to load, especially during high-traffic periods. I’ve already tried clearing the cache and checking my internet connection, but the delay still happens. Could this be a server-side issue or something with my settings?

Also, while testing user engagement features, I came across the https://pendafoodhub.com/ , and it gave me some good insights into improving interface simplicity.

Regarding the widget load time, please note that our chat widget script loads asynchronously, which means it doesn’t slow down your website. It loads after the rest of your page content, allowing your site to render first.

In some performance tests, you might see a lower score because these tools often measure the total loading time — including external scripts like the widget. Additionally, we block certain page speed test bots, which can sometimes make it appear as if the widget is causing a delay.

I experienced the same…eventually checked with other chat tools and they loaded instantaneously. the only reason i want tawk chat is the unlimited chat history which other fails to offer. Recently been facing that i.e. the widget doesn’t loads at all or loads with delay…its not a webstie issue otherwise other chat tools would haven’t also load instantly. Seems like their servers are overloaded now.
