Windows Application (Infinite Loading since todays update)

I spoke with apollo about it, but I don’t feel like it actually lets you guys know… I am not completely happy with not being able to speak to someone on the chat anymore :cry:

There was an update available like an hour ago, and since the update, the windows app won’t load. It displays a loading screen with a falling feather, and underneath it appears q5 (The number changes when closing and restarting the app…)

The website still works, but would be great to be able to keep using the windows one.

Thank you for reaching out. Our developers have been notified about the problem and hotfix will be shipped as soon as possible.
While Apollo does not have Knowledge of real-time problems and bugs, we still have human agents monitoring the chats who will jump in if someone requests to talk to an agent. Our team can also always be reached by emailing support@tawk.to.
