It would be cool that apollo shows that there are no agents available if they request to chat with human but agents are offline.

Thank you for your feature request. I can see how this would be beneficial and I can confirm that this is something that is on our radar.
Currently, we are exploring options for Transfer Timeout - what happens after a certain time has passed and no agent joins the transferred chat.
This will be addressed in future updates.

Hello, is there any update on this issue? I would be interested in being able to have control over agent availability before escalation is requested.
I too would like this feature.
There is a workaround is not ideal but it is what it is. You can use a shortcut that says ‘The transfer is taking too long.’ When the visitor clicks on that shortcut, a ticket is created to gather the information. *Note: You need to be on a paid account to use Apollo’s escalation feature It’s a shame that the button design is barely noticeable. I don’t know why they changed it, but it’s terrible.
