I think there should be a why to put the ‘Submit Ticket’ button into any chat widgets or a way to have an embeddable link that we can put into our websites.

We have a similar ‘‘Submit Ticket’’ button on our KB by default, but I can see how it would be handy to be able to place the button anywhere on the website.
A current workaround would be creating a 2nd Widget Channel that is in Offline Message mode, and embedding this widget behind a button on the website, that when clicked would pop-out an Offline Message form, which functions the same as the ticket form.
Hopefully, in the future, we will have a streamlined solution for adding ticket creation buttons anywhere.
