Under Tickets:
Be able to filter tickets by priority (Highest, High, Medium, Low, Lowest).
Currently, the filter only has Assignee, Status, Tags, and Updated.
It would be very helpful to add Priority to the filter.

Thank you for your suggestion. I’m glad to inform you that filtering tickets by priority is already a feature available in the tawk.to dashboard. You can easily filter tickets by priority levels such as Highest, High, Medium, Low, and Lowest.
