The new shortcut options in add element are very good, but it would be much better if there was also an option that would allow us to send a link to the visitor that’d be very useful I think.
Like for instance recomending, some article on the knowledge base, or certain page on the website.

It should be possible to add link to KB article as part of the Shortcut message to have AI direct users to it.
As for KB article loading in-widget similar to the Ticket Form element - that is for consideration for future updates.
Did you mean something like a little iframe in the widget that opens up the mentioned link?
