Hi, my company just used AI to reply our incoming chat. My request is, can I still receive incoming chat notification like previously even AI reply it in the first place. The situation now, I do not know that AI is currently assisting our user. If I can receive ringing like before, that would be good. Thank you

Dear all community Greetings.Iam new here and Iam experiencing what an easy and time saving thecknologies here.Me too I share the idea on the topic (The email language should be customized).We all are using our website email when we need to contact our website users and customers.Therefore the email customizations on tawk.should need to customized because I think it can make our users contact and enteractions more easiers for us.
