Accessibility with KB and ticket submission

I was evaluating the Tawk.to KB and form submission for adoption and found that it may not be ADA compliant.

It may or may not be impacting customers down the road.

The main errors were alt text on images (parrot), missing form labels on search or buttons, etc.
Also the ticket submission form is low contrast.

The low contrast issues could not be adjusted as the color schema only allows for changes to the
