Hello Community

We noticed a new feature coming soon “Activate Phone Number”
“You can now send and received SMS and Phone calls from your tawk dashboard!”

This is a game changer imho. We can now reach mobile customers and lower the acceptability-bar for app-resistent or compliance-restricted users.

Is this feature documented somewhere? Any info regarding release date?

Hi @Asport, thanks for reaching out! This feature is currently in the development/planning phase. While we cannot currently provide an ETA, we will certainly keep you posted on updates.
