Tawk is very user-friendly, and I believe the Tawk team can continue to improve it to be even better. I have always been bothered by one issue, which is that I always need to check how many visitors are online at the moment, but after I try to initiate a chat, I find that the visitor’s online time has stopped counting, meaning I miss the opportunity to initiate a chat with the online visitor in time. I sincerely hope that Tawk can add a feature where the system automatically sends me a desktop notification message (similar to: “A new visitor has entered your website, please check in time!”) as soon as a visitor enters my website. This feature is something I really need, and I believe it would be needed by many others as well. Thank you very much for the Tawk platform!
