I have specific file formats which my users and support team sent each other. such as .vdcl .gsny .elk . is it possible to add this formats?

Thanks for reaching out! At the moment, the chat widget only supports specific file formats. You can view the full list of supported file types and sizes in this article: “What file types and sizes are supported?”

Hi! We use CSV, XLS, XLSX, and ZIP file formats quite a bit here, and the platform isn’t accepting them.
It would also be helpful to allow attachments in internal conversations.
