Add select list option in form

Please you guys need to add select list drop down option in the form just like the way users can select departments. in the pre chat form i saw option choice, multiple choice, question with testarea, question with input text but there was no select list option where users can click and select an option from the dropdown. The only this is am using department as a select list so try to add select list to the pre chat form
