At Inbox => Tickets => It would be great if I can see the column of TOTAL MESSAGE (same as CHATS section). So I can decide which ticket has more message to read. It can help me to save time.
Or Its hard and takes long time for you to add this new column, then it would be great if there is CHAT ID and TICKET ID info for the chat and that can be shown at Chat Details. So I can know, this chat belongs to which ticket. (Of course I am talking to the chat that was already created ticket)
While we currently don’t have the feature to display the total number of messages for each ticket in the Tickets section of the Inbox, we appreciate your suggestion. I suggest adding a “TOTAL MESSAGE” column to the Tickets section of your system, similar to the CHATS section, to quickly identify tickets with more messages and prioritize them efficiently. This enhancement could save time by highlighting My ADP Vantage tickets that require more attention based on message volume. Alternatively, displaying CHAT ID and TICKET ID information in Chat Details would also be beneficial for easily associating chats with their respective tickets.
