Adding filtration by departments and adding pre defined tags for specific properties

Hello team,

We kindly ask you to review our request to add these features to live chat.

  1. Since we are allowed to create departments, we are still missing filtration by departments in the inbox.
  2. We are missing feature that allow as to add pre-defined tags for property, to modify them or to delete them.

Hope you will add them soon.
