Currently we have all of the conversations sitting in the inbox, even if they are closed. We asked Tawk.to if there was a way to add extra folders, such as “completed” so we can organise them accordingly and they advised us to put something on this community in the hope it can be added in the backend.
Any help and support on this would be greatly appreciated.

At the moment, tawk.to doesn’t support creating custom folders (such as a “Completed” folder) within the Inbox. That said, we’ve raised this request with our team for consideration in future improvements. While we can’t guarantee if or when this will be implemented, feedback like yours is very valuable and helps guide our product development.
As advised, posting this suggestion in our Community is also a great way to gain visibility and support from other users, which can further strengthen the request.
In the meantime, you may find using tags, filters, or conversation statuses helpful for organizing completed conversations.
