Adding sound when a chat is being transfered on Facebook.

Hii,
I have integrated tawk.to with Facebook.
I also chatted with you guys for some questions, but I was told that right now sound isn’t available for Facebook.
I kindly request the addition of a sound notification feature in Facebook chat.
This functionality would be especially helpful when chats are being transferred to LIVE agents.
Currently, it is making our chat service not manageable because of the missing sound and thus not worth implementing at the moment.

At the moment, responding to Facebook messages via the tawk.to dashboard uses the same system as our ticketing feature, which currently does not have sound notifications.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’ll pass your suggestion along to our team to explore adding notifications to help agents stay informed when new Facebook Messenger messages come in.

+1 In my opinion, this is a very poor implementation. Facebook Messenger messages are just that messagesand they should have a sound notification. The same goes for support tickets. It’s extremely frustrating and inefficient not to receive any sound alert when someone contacts us through Facebook.

That’s a valid point sound notifications for Facebook chats would make live support much easier to manage. Hopefully, Tawk.to prioritizes this to improve real-time response and usability.
