We have a group of our sales agents using the live chat function. Some people haven’t or struggle to update their photo and name as we have some agents with the same name.
For users with admin control, is there away we can edit profiles on their behalf so everyone’s account is set up the same. Could there be something developed to allow us to do this?

Thanks for reaching out to us and for sharing your suggestion.
At the moment, there isn’t an option for administrators to access or edit another user’s profile on their behalf. Profile updates, including changing the display name, photo, or creating an alias, can only be done by the individual user from their own account.
I understand how having multiple agents with the same name can make this challenging. I’ll be happy to pass your feature request along to our team for review to see if this is something we can consider adding in a future update.
