Could you add a class of triggers that only trigger agents? E.g. if someone has been on a signup page for a certain time let active agents know so they can initiate a chat

You can create triggers based on specific conditions, such as time spent on a page, and set them to send automated responses that will automatically engage with visitors. Once the visitor responds, agents can then reach out to the visitor and converse regarding the sign-up page if they have questions. This allows you to proactively engage with potential customers at the right moment, increasing the likelihood of successful interactions.
