AI Assist - Data Source Request - Tickets

Enjoying the new AI Assist, saving us a bunch of hours. However, I feel like if there was a way to use our previous answered tickets as a data source. So much content there that could be easily referenced to train AI.

The issue with this is it need the ability to remove customer names, emails, and phone numbers if those are referenced in the tickets, along with any other personal identifying information.

We are working on an update that would allow AI to generate FAQ pairs from your existing interactions in Inbox planned for release later this year.
