AI Assist performance statistics

Hello, my team and I have been using the AI assist and it has been great but there is not enough report that is given about the AI assist. We would like to request that we get performance statistics for the AI assist, that is how successful the AI was able to interact with a customer

Thanks for the feedback. Can you please specify what types of reports you are interested in?

We currently only provide message usage statistics for AI Assist features (Apollo, Smart Reply, AI commands) within the Reporting section.

You can also set up scripted chat sequences where your AI chatbot applies tags to chats.

We are expecting exactly the same. It would be very good for us to be able to see how many likes or dislikes the Apollo ​​got. Especially those that she has attended to alone without the intervention of an agent in the middle.

The system should display a message at the end of the chat asking the user to rate the service. The way it currently works is terrible, as no one bothers to give a thumbs up, and most chats end up with a neutral rating. They’ve been so focused on artificial intelligence that the core product has been completely neglected. This is not to mention the integration of channels, solving the issue with the ticket system for accounts without the white-label add-on, and the customization of chat system language. So, I don’t think improving the rating system is a priority for the developers at this time. Perhaps, some unnecessary AI features have become a priority instead.

I disagree with you on that point. I don’t want to force the customer to rate, but rather give them the option as it is now. Because if my product is bad, but Apollo provides good service, they will receive a bad rating. Especially if I force them to practically rate.

You are not forcing; you are simply showing the visitor the option, and they can close the chat or not. You are just presenting a way to evaluate the service clearly at the end of a conversation, not at the beginning and in an unclear manner. we are not talking about products, we are talking about customer service.
