Hello, can you add the possibility to add user avatar by API js for live chat ?

Just to make sure we fully understand your request, could you share a bit more about what you’re trying to achieve by setting the user avatar through the JavaScript API? This will help us discuss your use case with our team.

In the meantime, please note that you can already add or update an image/avatar through the tawk.to dashboard by editing your profile or when creating an alias.

At the moment, there isn’t an option to set a visitor’s avatar via the JavaScript API. However, this is a useful feature request, especially for websites where the visitor’s profile information is already available.
