Hey tawk team. We are very happy that the platform continues to grow.
It would be great to be able to send personalized html emails very soon. So that we can inform users of updates, specific information or simply send a message that can reach the user with a design that is more similar to our brand or just something we want to show them. We currently use so many different services that it would be a great idea for tawk to become even more of this multiverse of services and that we can do everything from here without having to use thousands of services on other different platforms.
