Allow setting to disallow chat from automatically opening when trigger runs

I have a trigger that runs on certain conditions but I don’t want the chat to open itself nor show a preview. There’s an option to disable the message preview but when that option is turned on the chat will then open itself to display the message. Ideally there would be a setting to not open the chat at all when a trigger runs and just show a notification bubble indicating an unread message
