I would appreciate the ability to duplicate a Property so that I could then just make a few adjustments, rather than having to start a new Property from scratch and make all of the adjustments that I need.

At the moment, duplicating a Property is not available in tawk.to. Each Property needs to be created manually, including widget settings, chat page customization, and KB structure.
That said, I completely understand how having a Property duplication or cloning feature would save time — especially when setting up multiple sites with similar configurations. I’ve forwarded your request to our development team so it can be considered for future updates.
We’re always working on improvements, and feedback like yours plays a huge role in shaping upcoming features.
