I have a website and I demo that website on my phone. However, while I am on my phone and demoing the site, the tawk.to widget triggers, and sends a push notification to my phone, while I am demoing. It gets pretty annoying. I would like to be able to tag my own mobile device and completely remove that as a user / traffic from the Dashboard.

Thanks for reaching out. Will you need the chat widget to work on your phone during your demo?
If not, you can try to ban your user/IP so that the chat widget doesn’t show up when you use your phone. You can then easily unban it if needed.
Let me know if you have a different scenario in mind.
