We are trying to upload a profile picture but it continues to appear blurry despite having the correct specs in place.
I see here there was a post about it but no resolution that came from it. Has there been any updates since to fix this issue?

Thank you for reaching out! Can you email us at support@tawk.to with the profile photo that you are trying to add along with where you want to add it so that we can assess if there’s a bug in the system or if there’s a misunderstanding with the specs?
