We manage 11 different language properties in Tawk, each one with its own live chat widget and business hours.
At the moment, whenever we need to update our opening hours, we have to manually edit each property one by one, day by day, using the current slider-based schedule editor.
In practice, even a small change becomes extremely time-consuming:
- multiple time slots per day
- 5 working days to update
- repeated across 11 separate properties
This means a very simple schedule adjustment turns into dozens of repetitive manual edits.
For multilingual teams managing several properties, the current system is extremely difficult to maintain and not practical at scale.
It would be very helpful to have one of the following:
- bulk edit business hours across multiple properties
- duplicate / copy-paste schedule from one property to another
- shared business hours template usable across several properties
- central schedule management for all properties
This would save a significant amount of time and make schedule management much more practical for teams running multiple language-based properties.
