I’ve seen there’s a calendar integration in the works for the pre-chat form/chat widget, which is cool!

  1. Will it connect to Google, Microsoft, Apple etc? (for both customer and business)
  2. Will it allow customers to ‘schedule’ appointments, visits etc?
  3. Will it be a paid add-on?

The reason I ask is as an organisation, we’re in need of an integration we can rely on for customers to select available appointments made available by our scheduling team, which will then append the details to our calendar, or send an email/create a ticket for someone to action.

I’m just looking for a bit of information, if you’re allowed to divulge anything about it.

We don’t have any information about the calendar integration at the moment. We will inform you via the knowledge base and changelogs once it is implemented.
