Chat service queue in tawk.to

I´d like to suggest a chat queue feature in tawk.to with customazation of max
simultaneous chat . Wh thinks that should be useful when there are so many clients in the chat at same time.

Thank you for reaching out. The chat queue feature you’ve suggested could indeed enhance our user experience. At the moment, we have a 4-chat multi-view and an estimated reply time. Your idea for a queue position feature is interesting, and it’s something we’ll certainly consider. Appreciate your input on this!
