Hi, I love the department feature when creating forms on widgets, however it does display all the departments to the customer. We have some departments that we don’t want the customers to be able to see. It would be great if we could limit and choose which departments to show to the customer through the form.

Curious – why are you interested in hiding certain departments from the pre-chat form?
Hi @kristaps I want to become a paying customer however this dropdown issue is a blocker, hard to believe it’s not fix while a lot of work is being done on AI at the same time.
Is there an update on this at all ?
At first for a couple of hours I didn’t notice it showed on Offline List as well due to this cut off issue it would be great to have this fixed.
