Hi, I love the department feature when creating forms on widgets, however it does display all the departments to the customer. We have some departments that we don’t want the customers to be able to see. It would be great if we could limit and choose which departments to show to the customer through the form.
Hi @KiranK, thanks for your feedback. Currently, it displays all departments that have at least 1 member added.
Curious – why are you interested in hiding certain departments from the pre-chat form?
