Close a Chat with customer

My request includes the ability for my support team to close a chat internally if the customer is idle for some time or the matter is resolved, and the customer has not closed the chat window. I have experienced this with other support/chat tools including LiveChat and it works really well.

I understand. The same thing happens to me. Even though they close, they still appear as open for a while, and it’s annoying when you have many incoming chats.
