we have started using tawk at it fullest with multiple widgets and CRM.
Live agent told me to contact support on zoom and they send me here to request new feature.
While configuring remove-branding add-on we noticed that “footer” for ticket its kinda lacking.
Simple heading with link is not professional these days.
We really want to see an option for full HTML footer when sending ticket.
Either global one for “support” mail or best one would be to assign different templates for each user in tawk. So whoever replies or create a ticket will have its own. That would be perfect.
tickets aren’t even working right now, at least for gmail accounts, so I’d rather that gets fixed, and maybe later we could think of adding custom html.
