Dark Theme Request

I was exploring the options to switch to a dark theme and noticed that it isn’t available, which I believe should be a standard feature. Dark Mode has become a popular and widely appreciated feature in many apps and operating systems due to its numerous benefits, such as reducing eye strain, improving readability in low-light conditions, and potentially saving energy on devices.

As a user, I believe that adding a Dark Mode option could greatly enhance the overall experience. Bright screens can cause significant eye strain, and Dark Mode helps mitigate this issue by reducing glare and making it easier on the eyes.

Thank you for your request. This is something that is something that we will include in future visual updates for the dashboard. We do not have a precise date for this for now, but this is something that we have received a lot of requests for and will implement. Let us know if you have any other requests or feedback.

Hey everyone, Thanks for chiming in with your thoughts and ideas. @Miracle while your suggestion would tweak the background, it doesn’t really solve the bigger UI challenge. There’s a lot more to consider, like text colors, tooltips, and other elements that need a complete color overhaul. The main reason we haven’t rolled out a dark mode for the dashboard yet is because we’re in the midst of a framework migration. How’s your eyes after nearly 4 years of “patience”

The reality is, tawk.to shoehorned AI (arguably a harder process then a simple dark mode implementation) in months, something I haven’t seen a single request for on these dashboards.

Why? they can charge for AI. Hard to charge for an accessibility feature.

I use the Arc browser’s theme builder for now. It gets the job done.
