Hello. We have an account with Tawk to and have been trying out your chat bot on our test site with great success.
However we have a visually impaired colleague who was trying to use Tawk to’s backend and we found the interface unusable with screen readers.
Could something be done to improve this, for example adding aria labels to buttons for easier navigation? Thank you

We also appreciate you highlighting the accessibility concerns encountered by your colleague while using the tawk.to dashboard with screen readers. Features such as improved ARIA labels and better screen reader navigation are indeed important for accessibility and usability.
