The original request for this was posted in April 2023. While I understand that implementing improvements from a design and development perspective can take time, but two years is excessive in any sense of the word. And your repeated responses that you cannot provide a timeframe for the release of this is unacceptable. Please speak to your development team and come back to us with a timeframe.
