I have created few departments in one of the property and created a field in Pre-Chat Option in Body Card Section under Form. When customer comes to chat along with name ,email and number ,department also has to choose. After the chat when user end the session and if the same customer comes for another chat choosing of department option is not coming since the previously entered data saved in Cookies. My Suggestion is while creating the Customer fields we should have an option whether the entered data need to save in cookies or not. So that when ever same customer comes back such fields need to select/enter every time .
